The General Terms and Conditions
- Preliminary provisions and definitions
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) adjust the contractual relation between the company Vivencie s.r.o., who is the organizer of the Biodanza festival (in the following text called „the organizer“), and the participant of this festival (in the following text called „the participant“).
- Registration
The contractual relation between the participant and the organizer is established by sending the filled registration form which is available on the web page www.biodanzafestival.cz and sending the payment of 240 EUR to the organizers bank account.
The participant confirms by sending the registration form that he/she is more than 18 years old.
- Attendance at the festival
The additional costs of accommodation and food are not included in the price of the entrance ticket. The organizer will arrange accommodation and food during the festival for the participant. The participant contracts to buy the vegetarian food and to use the accommodation capacity at the place of the festival.
The operator of the relaxation center, where the festival is taking place, bears the responsibility for the quality of the accommodation and food. The organizer of the festival is not responsible for the quality of accommodation or food.
The participant contracts to follow the rules of the relaxation center where the festival takes place to the fullest extent.
Animals are not allowed in the premises of the festival.
- Responsibility
Attendance of the festival and the workshops is voluntary. Every participant bears complete responsibility for himself and his actions during the festival and all the damage he causes. The organizer does not bear the responsibility for any damage caused by the participants during the festival.
The Biodanza festival does not substitute psychotherapeutic care. The participants who need psychotherapeutic care are obliged to consult with their therapist and to inform the organizer about their therapy before the festival. The participant contracts not to use any illegal drugs, not to consume an excessive amount of alcohol during the festival and not to use any kind of physical violence against other participants of the festival.
The organizer has the right to expel the participant from the festival in case he does not respect the rules of the festival or the rights of the other participants or repeatedly does not follow the organizers and lecturers instructions, without any refund.
The organizer does not assume the responsibility for any participants´ valuables during the festival.
Neither the organizer nor the lecturers bear responsibility for the state of health of the participants. By purchasing the ticket, the participant confirms that his state of health does not impede the attendance of the festival.
- Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation 30 or less days before the event, the participant contracts to pay 100% of the ticket price.
After the beginning of the festival, no refund of any kind is available for the ticket price or accommodation and food.
- Cancellation or modification of the festival
In the case of a low number of registered participants, the festival can be cancelled or moved to another premises no later than 14 days before the beginning of the festival. The festival can also be cancelled or transferred to another premises on the grounds of exceptional circumstances, e.g. intervention of a superior power. In that case, the participants will be informed without delay over the phone or by email.
The organizer has the right to modify the programme of the festival. In that case, the participants will be informed without delay. Information on the programme can be found on the web page www.biodanzafestival.cz
In case of the festival’s cancellation, the entrance fee will be fully refunded. The organizer does not bear the responsibility for other costs which may result from the festival cancellation or transfer.
- Final provisions
These GTC are a part of the firm order of the participant. By the registering to the festival the participant contracts that he read the GTC and has agreed to follow them.
Every other relations which are not provided by these GTC between the organizer and the participant or additional contract between both sides, are guided by the valid acts of the Czech Republic. The organizer has the right to change these GTC at any moment, without prior notification. The changes and their validation will be announced appropriately at the web page www.biodanzafestival.cz
